Problems w/ running twin pumps simultaneously?

I know the norm is the hobbs switch or nitrous arming switch, but has anyone had a problem with running a pair of Walbros full time?

People do but I would not since it heats the fuel up...I ran twin 044's all the time and at 58psi, the gas tank was warm to the touch. Easy to install a Hobbs switch (I did) and just run one and let boost turn the other one on.

And have you monitored temps, to see if there is any difference running 2 pumps, or one ??
I was running 66psi base before, and yes the tank did get warm to the touch. Certainly not hot by any means though.

I will be monitoring actual temps when I get my car going again. Just out of curiosity.

I have both pumps in the tank, but only one running currently. I'll try a test to see the temperature delta running the secong pump full time.
