Peak/Hold Injector vs. Saturated Circuit Injector?

I noticed LS1Speed is selling an Injector Impedance Converter to alow a person to run "Peak and Hold" style injectors on an LS1 in place of the "Saturated Circuit" style.
Whats the advantage of a "Peak and Hold" style injector over the "Saturated Circuit" style (factory/standard) injector?

Peak/Hold would be the low impedance injector
style. With a low coil resistance you don't want
to be (drivers can't) pushing continuous voltage
'cause current runs up too high. The low impedance
guys want a fast pop (inductance limited) and a
fallback to a lower "holding voltage".
I guess there are certain injectors that still
only come in low impedance, and I reckon a low
impedance injector probably works faster since
you can stuff more energy down it, quicker. But
whether it's enough of a performance difference
to be worth the hassle / $$$, I couldn't say.
