How many of these True Trac problems are with the Ford 9" unit? I assume that some of you guys having problems are using 8.5", 12-Bolt, etc. Also does anyone have pictures of a broken unit? I am like Exotic, I have sold hundreds of these, and I heard my first complaint this morning from a customer who was reading through these forums.
