3.73's in, 2.7slows out!
I just installed my richmond 3.73's to replace the stock 2.73's this past weekend and for any of you out there deciding weather or not to go this rought.... DO IT!
My car now feels like a hotrod/ sports car ought to feel. I even look at my car differently now that it has a set of *****. Seriously its a whole new beast, It can go uphill in OD with much ease.
That is all.

Just get your speedo recalibrated so you can get past 3rd gear while WOT. Otherwise, the end of 3rd gear will hit the governor.
And yes, they are fun as hell. You should pick up a good .5-.6 3-4 mph in the 1/4.
Now put a PT4000 or PT4400 in there and really be surprised.

you will really enjoy them. I put 250 miles on mine before I started beating the hell out of it. Without any adjustments to your pcm, you wont be able to get into 4th wot. You'll hit the end of 3rd wot, and your speedo will be at 160

I bought a set of lightly used Richmonds from a member here. I borrowed the tools from work and only replaced the pinion bearings/ shims and all the seals. All in all I spent less than $250 for everything. I also boxed in the LCa's, added relocation brakets, and boxed the PHB. This was my first time to set up a rear end, wasnt so bad. I was told to expect the richmonds to be noisy as hell. Mine arent too bad, only at around 50-60 MPH, otherwise theres just a faint whine.
