Car seriously hauls *** now. It revs through 1st and 2nd fast as hell. Almost completely eliminates the "Cam Surge" when driving at low speeds. Overall it's probably the best bang for the buck on these cars. I am still on stock 10 bolt but I am gonna leave street tires on and hardly race from a dig. I'm not worried at all about breaking anything.
Any of you Cam only M6 guys need to get this done ASAP. It really transforms the car!

Fully agree with ya', but got a nasty suprise at the track. With my H/C car, I have to shift each gear at 6700RPM to get throught the 1/4 at the top of 4th with my 4.11's. The 1st time I went out I short shifted at 6200 and ended out having to go to 5th gear just short of the traps It's great for street driving though

4.10s rock Even with a hotcam I can still get about 28mpg on a roadtrip. I've owned 4.10s in two Fbodys and I must say that there is absolutely no adverse effect on fuel economy. Why? Because you're in 5th gear at 35mph... if you want to be. Its much easier to drive, 55mph in 6th gear is effortless, and 70 or 80 mph is still owned by 6th gear. Traction is another issue. I have never hooked, even from a roll in 1st gear I bet it feels sweet

Have you broken a rearend in an M6 before with 4.10 gears?
Anybody worried about not having traction in 1st gear shouldn't be. I make 409 whp and 394 ft lbs and it hooks from a 20 roll pretty well. you just have to ease into it then punch it when it hooks. (same way I did with 3.42's)
