I had bought a driveshaft from you guys on the 27th and would like to know if its ever going to be on its way?

I just got around to it now. This message really isnt much attempt to reach them. It was a question for other people to see if they were having a difficult time as well.

I call them at normal business hours for any company and never get an answer.

I'm having the same problem. Ordered a 9" on the 28th. Was told I would have it by the 7-8th of jan. I have left. Message everyday since last wed. Called today again. No answer. I called moser direct, now I'm getting the run around from them.

I know his wife has been ill, hopefully nothing serious is wrong. I would sure like to know what's going on.

I had the same issue. I called multiple times to place my order on the phone. Nobody will answer the phone. They have the best price but if I can't buy something.... Well I went with another sponsor that answered the phone. Oh well.

I will post pics when I get the Moser 9 on the car.

Sorry everyone. Diane, who helps answer the phones, is really sick with the flu. This makes answering the phones practically impossible for me, let alone that I'll be at the hospital again today with my wife. I'll try to get back to everyone as I can, whether by pm, e-mail or phone message.

I guess it was a bad time for me to put over 300 items on Ebay, I have about forty items so far that I have to ship out that were sold yesterday... Thanks. Bob
