Default problem with my rear HELP!

i recently noticed a slight sqeaking going over bumps on the right rear and went under the car and found this! idk if its related but its defintely something worth looking at and im really worried, someone plz help

Can't exactly see but looks like the fluid is coming from the fill plug. If that's the cause I would remove the plug, top off the gear oil and then put the plug back in with some teflon on the threads to prevent leaks.

Fyi use a 3/8" ratchet extension to mate to the square hole in the fill plug to remove it.

If it's not the fill plug check the vent located on the top of the pumpkin in that general area.
