4.10s or 4.30s
Right now its btw
4.10s wit a 27" slick
Or
4.30s with a 28"
Which will work best at the track? I don't want a big tire eating up power down the track.
I've been using the gears calculator and both of these combos will let me trap 125 with a 6500 redline.
Which will ultimately be better?
Need to decide so I can order my rear tomorrw. S60
GRENADED my 10 bolt today.
Just to throw it out there, I am running a 28x11.5 tire with 4.33's on my setup
I hear the 28s hook alot better, so we will see how i do with 26s and 27s.
I went with a 9" rear, so if it comes to it I can always swap the gears out without too much trouble.

A 27 inch tire should be safe as well, but carefull attention will have to be paid if the section width is 11.5 or greater.
A 28 inch tire will require the rear bumper be trimmed, and depending ont he section and tread width, you will have to hammer the fenderwells (facing you as you look into the wheel well on the left and right sides)

Thinking about running the 295/55/R15 MT ET Street Radial. It's 27.8 tall and will be perfect for the gearing and MPH I need.
Anyone running a similar tire with an M6 and getting it to hook?
