Default right rear noise

I have a whywhywhywhywhy noise coming from my right rear wheel, sounds almost like a mudgrip tire,

wheel(axle) bearing or right side carrier bearing, they both produce a similar sound/noise when they're going/failing.

Jack the car in the air and run it in the air and listen for it with a Automotive stethoscope.

Or a screw driver against your ear.

I've never had a problem with Timken, if you do the work yourself its definitely worth the "risk" for the cheaper ones in my opinion.

A good way to check is get going down the road and unload that side by swerving slightly. I said slightly so don't run into another car and if the noise goes away it's an axle bearing. When you take it apart be sure to check the axle for pits otherwise you'll just end up in the same boat.
