I have a strange 12 bolt from speed inc, and the Eaton's clutches are squealing in the turns, like when I turn in my drive way its horrid! Should I rebuild the eaton or do a spool, or any other posi. Im looking to make 500 n/a and a 150 shot on top of that and going with 4.10s! I have 33 spline axles. If you say rebuild the eaton where can I get the parts, and depending on price sending it off to get rebuilt. Thanks guys!

 

with the auto trans you should be plenty fine with the eaton unit and the 12 bolt rear. I would just opt to rebuild the diff unit over going to a spool because with the you will have to go with either 30 or 35 spline axles to do any other diff unit, and that isn't very cost effective.
email or call us and we can get you setup with the right parts to do your rebuild. it isn't that hard of a job either... should be able to do it yourself. it does not require removing the diff from the car.
