The right gear

from 3.23s to 3.42s. It just makes it harder to hook.
But I test drove a 2.73 car and it was weak. Get a
3.23 chunk (or just the whole rear) and call it good.
A 3.42 rear stands a good chance of having been
beat up behind a M6.
Very strange. I've owned two 3.23 cars and two 2.73 cars, and noticed only a minor difference in performance between the two ratios. The 3.23 car might have been 1-2 tenths quicker and 1-2mph faster.

I would agree. 3.23s + 3500-4000 stall is an ideal street/strip setup, IMO.
3.23 to 3.73 swap isn't worth much in the way of gains once you already have a stall in the ~3500 range.
