getting them installed Getting my 3.73s installed this weekend... glad the 2.73s will be gone.... now I'm just wondering what kind of et gains I will get

Since your goal is better drag racing
If you're getting any 'wheel hop',LCA relocation brackets and good shocks(any better than OEM stock) will help reduce/eliminate the wheel hop. The OEM shocks could have a problem adjusting/reacting quickly enough to the suspension loading/unloading.
If traction is the only problem,LCA relos will increase traction.
Then there's aftermarket LCAs and torque arms and ride harshness/noise to the interior will increase with those.
