Pay a few extra $$$ and get a 1350. Default is a 1310 (it's tiny compared to the 1350).

If you want to reuse the driveshaft use a ford motorsport yoke M-4851-A and a spicer u-joint # 5-212X it's a 1330 series to a 3147x mechanics conversion and I use it all the time.

How does the 1330 compare with the 1350? noticable different? Im getting my rear brakes from ford motorsports and they have the yoke (1330) and a converson joint.

Is this pretty much the same joint your talking about?

But you are using your stock f-body driveshaft right? Your gm driveshaft is a inside snap ring Mechanics Spicer part # 5-3147X and the 1330 ford is an outside snap ring. The link you provided is correct for the yoke but not the u-joint.
The 1350 u-joint is much larger and will handle alot of abuse, but the 1330 is still good to 600 rwhp.
