Broke rear on 1-2 shift?!?!
I'm amazed to say I broke the rear on the 1-2 shift on sumitumo street tires (315/35/17) I never thought that this could happen. Now I don't know what to do. Get a nice new rear (i really can't afford it) or get a used 10-bolt and drive easy. Or sell the car.

calm down. lol just start saving now for a new rear. you really should have relized that the 10 bolt was the weakest part of the car i mean 386rwhp...what did you think was going to happen. ive seen these break under stock power!

if you got the $, get the new rear. buying a used 10-bolt is borrowed time. it would be a waste of a few hundyt when youd prolly get a 12bolt/ 9 in eventually. Also, doesn't the car have a lot of miles??? whatd you expect??? i agree with you, $ id rather not spend, but hey, at least you have it. my .02
