Rear End Girdle?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has a MAC REAR END GIRDLE or any info on this brand of REAR END COVERS? I was thinking of getting one but not sure of this BRAND. Any HELP would be GREATFULL..

The rear end covers are most likely made by one or two companies. The Mac looks to be a good piece, we carry it on our website. Bob

^^^^^^ what he said. I have the Mac cover, which was put on when I installed the 4.10s. I feel it may have helped save my 10 bolt for 80K+ very hard miles with an M6 (that, setup and regular gear oil changes). I would go with either the Mac or a TA, although others are very similar.

I have one. It seems like a stout piece. I was not all that
impressed by some of the casting / machining details (just
seemed a little roughly worked in spots, esp. the threaded
holes) but it doesn't leak, fitted up fine and so on. I had to
leave off all of the lock washers because the Allen head
bolts were too short to draw in, with them in there.

Basically it's an aluminum pot and about as good as any other
aluminum pot, and better than some (drain plug, preload studs).
