I have had 4.10 gear in the ten bolt from 12,000 miles to about 50,000 miles, then I brock then ten bolt. put a 9" in and still put a 4.11 gear in it. IT IS GREAT FOR A M6. track, daily, or just to play.

Well I thought I was going to get my *** handed to me on a highway roll with the 4.10s too, but then I ran an 03 cobra with exhaust and walked him from 45-120. I just started in 3rd and the car climbed the tach like a banchee while he started in 2nd and shifted to third.

I have Richmond 4.10s in my 10 bolt and love them. Other than a lid the gears are my only mod, but they made a huge difference.

i read that the topspeed will only be like 150 with 4.10........that sucks...
Or how will 6 gear be? will it pull like 5th with 3.42?

Had my car above 150!!!!!!!!!!! haha at 100mph its a 3000rpms i red line at 6700 so its not the gear limiting the top speed its power and areo dinamics

Even with a 4.56 you can hit over 200mph with enough power.

if all u care about is top speed you have the wrong car, who honestly goes over 150??? too risky in many diff ways, def the 4.10s would win

its not the topspeed.....its when you race a fast car and you hit 5th and its all over. ANd with 4.10 you hit 5th at 120. Its useless if you can hit 180 but it takes forever..............

I rarely ever go over 130mph, there are just too many things that could happen at high speeds like that. Not worth it. I say, if you can destroy someone up to 130mph, thats good enough. If they wanna race past that speed, let em go. Not worth winning a silly race while risking a high dollar ticket/jail time, hitting a deer, someone pulling out in front of you, somehow losing control, etc. I'm definitely getting 4.10's soon, I mean, not only will it will make me quicker, but keep me away from the really high speeds. High speed road racing isn't worth risking your life, or the lives of others just for a quick thrill IMO.
