Default Driveshaft that performs and is cost-effective.

I have a cammed ls1. Planning to run drag radials, strong clutch and eventually a 9 inch. What is my best bet on a drive shaft. I am assuming that i will be able to break the stocker. I may do some more performance stuff on the car at a later date.

i bet the 10 bolt would break before the driveshaft, but a 3" steel one or 3.5" aluminum aftermarket is nice. I'm running a 3.5" aluminum one and it's held up fine for 3 years now

Ive read nothing but good about the PST shafts and plan to run their carbon version on my car.

I run Denny's I have in particular N20 ready 3" steel DS, a lil over kill but ill be pushing the car.

You could consider their aluminum series.

Your going to be payind around 400, but in your current trim you should never break it.

PST 3.5" aluminum shaft would get my vote...their turnaround time is awesome. My carbon fiber shaft that they made to spec for my car only took about a week to make...I think they said they could turn an aluminum or steel shaft out the door either the same day or the next day.
