Default Cheapest place to buy 12 bolt (Strange or Moser) or 9inch rear end.

Where is the cheapest place or company that has the best prices. That are built direct bolt in, with in reason. I also want to keep my traction control and ABS. Picky I know. I'am sick of this damn 10 bolt.
Anyone whose selling there aftermarket rearend used, PM me.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Maybe try Drive Train Specialists in Michigan? I toured their place in September. Really nice and knowledgable guys. Not sure if they are into the F-body stuff though. I am going with them for a Dana 60 in my 66 Nova. Maybe it be worth a call for you.

new style fabricated 9 inch rearends here.
fabricated housing, (built in relocators, drain plug, stock anti-sway mounts all at no extra cost), Strange or Moser iron center section with posi and choice of gear, 31-35 spline axles, tunnel or trans xmember mounted torque arm, xmember for application with 4 hole adjustable t/a link. all parts powdercoated... 2500.00

several options available... chromemoly housing, 3 or 4 channel abs, aluminum case, spool or locker, housing brace, driveshaft, race anti-roll, etc.

this rearend with the aluminum case is lighter than the stock 10 bolt and much, much stronger.

best deal on the best rearend.

No 12 bolt is a direct bolt in, unless you send them your caliper brackets, i.e. Moser, if you can get a set and send to them, they will assemble the entire unit.

Talk to Adam or Mike at DTS. Great service and fair prices. There are no good deals. They are just plain exspensive. I will say my Dana60 was 200.00 less than a 12 bolt, but heavier. Pros-cons.

Customer service is a big plus when buying a rear end. Just read the horror stories when something goes wrong with a brand new rear end. I watched to see how sponsors responded when something went wrong. Saving $50 isnt worth it when problems happen and customer service stinks! Most of the sponsors are going to be close with the bottom line after shipping and options and such. I went with Bob over at EPP and had great customer service.

I went with Bob too! Very happy so far. SJM has good prices on Strange 12 bolts, but I didn't want to deal with sending in my backing plates/caliper brackets.

Some people might be new to this board but does not mean that customer service is 2nd rate. Keep that in mind.

Thanks, Jeff

Very true. I had crappy luck with another driveline sponsor recently, so I went with EPP the second time around and couldn't be happier. Welcome to the board!

Thanks, the $1,000.00 housing and axle package shipped is hard to beat. Bob
