We usually like to get about 1/3 down or minimum 500.00, but we can work with you on whatever you are comfortable with. Payment in full is due before the parts ship out, but we're flexible on how we get to that point.

I was trying to install the 3rd member onto the studs of my fab 9 housing today. I had to tweak the studs a lil but it dont want to go all the way on. What are you guys doing, die grinding the holes bigger in the 3rd member?

Thats just how it is they are a pain sometimes. dont grind the holes bigger. Just tweak them where you need them if you have to. I got the 3rd member set on the studs and had to beat it on with a rubber mallet and push and finally went on. This is the normal procedure I used on the 9 inchs I have installed. it will go on.

Well that sounds like it will be a SOB to remove later if needed & with the RTV.

Mine was the same way. I had to beat it down with a dead blow hammer then use the nut s to run it down. I pulled it back out once though and it wasn't too bad.

Yes that is typical protocol for putting the center chunk in for the first time. Pain in the butt but like others just mentioned once it is done the first time it makes things easier if you ever have to do it again.

yeah like they said, just get the studs as close as you can,and then tap it down.I had to pull mine apart last week,i taped a razor blade between the 3rd member and housing, then taped in a metal putty knife, then used the thin pry bar and worked it back off.Got it off in about 20 mins while it was still in the car,its really not to bad.

I hear ya. Just getting everything set before I do the install. Got all the studs lined up so just a lil tapping to set it in. Got the car out of storage yesterday & plan on getting this rear installed next weekend.

Sounds good... give us a call if you need any help during the install, but it normally goes pretty smooth. Don't forget to do the proper procedure for gear break-in... it is extremely important.

Jason or Eric - have a quick question on my MWC. On the spring perches, what is the inner diameter of the hole? My 2 job work schedule is crazy this week and I don't have any time to jack up car, remove wheel and spring, and measure it. I am trying to get a custom coilover setup.

I'm pretty sure we talked on the phone but for others you are looking at 1.85 give or take some based off of powder coating.
