Which gears do you suggest?

Which gears do you suggest? Im thinking about upgrading my 10 bolt in my s10. I have a cammed 5.3L, 4l80e with 342 gears. Im going to put a zexel unit in it. Should I run 3.73 or 4.10 gears? This is my DD and I drive about 50 miles a day for work. What do yall suggest?
is it mostly highway or city streets, and basically its what you want, if you want it for a good highway cruiser with a little bit better low-end power then go with the 3:73's. if you can sacrafice a few more RPMs at highway speed (worse mileage) and want a lot better low end then definately go with the 4:10's
