Question to Sponsors Selling Moser
The question I have is; Do the individual sponsors/shops that sell Moser 12 bolt, 9", Dans 60s etc. assemble the rears at their own shops before selling them or are the rears assembled by a central place?
I guess I am interested for a couple of reasons. First, is a two to three week build time the norm? Or are they pretty much an "off the shelf" product?
Second, if they are assembled at various locations would that be the reason some buyers have install issues while some shops state that they seldom have any problems with their customers?
Thanks for any info in advance.

Yes indeed, Moser assembles the rears and they are ready to ship in just two days. Check out what is involved at the link here. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com....html?item=145 Bob

Don't count on the lead time from Moser always being a few days. Things happen and they might get behind. It seems everyone is playing catch up. I was under the impression it takes 2 days to build it and 2 or 3 days to the customer.
I bought mine from Thunder Racing on Feb 20th. I'm still sitting here with nothing.
I'm NOT bad mouthing Thunder or Moser. I'm simply explaining that each sponsor has to submit your order to Moser. Depending on the time of day (of your order to the sponsor) they may not be able to submit your info to Moser. I'm a little upset that it has taken this long, but I'm an easy going and forgiving type of guy.
Example:
Feb. 20th - Phone order to Thunder Racing
Feb. 21st - Thunder puts in order to Moser
Feb. 22nd - Moser starts the build (Day 1)
Feb. 23rd - Saturday
Feb. 24th - Sunday
Feb. 25th - Moser completes the build (Day 2)
Feb. 26th - Moser drop ships to customer (Indiana to your zip)
Feb. 29th - Delivered to customer
I'm in Orlando, FL so I'm not sure why I didn't have my rear on the 29th

we drop ship withe the exception of custom orders such as installing drag brakes. On a custome order we will get the rear from Moser, do our part, and then ship to you.

Oh now come on Bob! That's just wrong! lol
Can't say I didn't try calling you guys (several times).
You were the first ones I called due to a previous customer testimony.
You just shouldn't have gotten sick!
