It's funny how he posted about Eric's response to someone...seems like the old Pot calling the Kettle black.

I received my Fab9 on Tuesday and must say that it is everything I expected it would be. I have personally seen both and you can't go wrong either way ...I chose the Fab 9....NOT CHEAPLY DONE by any means.

it!!

I have a Midwest Fabbed 9"... And I love it... I would take it over a Moser M9 or 9 any day of the week.... Moser's are overly expensive for what you get IMO...

If you did not want to hear his opinoin then what makes you think we want to hear yours? This is a thread about what people suggest...

I went with a midwest fab9. The midwest does not look "cheap"
Every one that has seen mine thinks its a work of art.

The midwest trq arm has to be half the weight of my old umi one.
The rear sway bar looks awsome, and works great.

Lastly eric is always there to help via pm, or phone call. I have talked to him probably 5 times after my install for little questions, and possible other purchases. I have also seen lots of posts from people that have seen both rear ends and people like the midwest fab9 better.

It would of been better with the panhard relocation bar thing, and slicks. The car is on a mt now, but i didn't have them for that pic.
That pic has been my background on my laptop since i put the rearend in.

Stupid question but you guys aren't running sway bars in the rear?? What is that piece that runs from each side (not the panhard bar). Any benefit over the sway bar, what about on a daily driver??

Not a stupid question

That my friend is a dragbar... It replaces the rear sway bar... And YES, it works much better than a BMR "Dragbar" or an After market swaybar.

drag-sway bar it is! bolt-on versions even. anyone with one of these can buy this as a bolt-in component and not lose the factory sway bar mounts. you could switch from one to the other if need be. Chris... Matt... sweet pics!

Eric, you do GREAT work.. My buddy is a head Fabricator for Troch Fabrication, looked at it today and did nothing but praise your work... The welds are flawless. I can't understand why anyone would want to go to a "production line" rearend....

Now I wish I had done it when you asked me, I like that idea better than the stock sway bar.

you still can... the one in the black powdercoat is the same thing you would get... it bolts to the existing mounts on your rearend. all you have to do is weld on the two small brackets for the drop links onto the frame rails just inside the factory ones. its a real easy install.
