Default 2010 Camaro Body in White

For those of you wanting to build a 2010 Camaro race car now is the time to get in line. GM will soon be releasing the now body in white.

We are not sure exactly what the pricing will be, but it should be between $6500 - $7000.

If you want to place your order now go to http://www.gmperformanceparts.com/_res/pdf/BIW.pdf
All of the instructions are listed on the page.

One thing to keep in mind is that they will not drop ship these, they go to the dealer that you order them from.

You get a shell. I'm sure its just like my 4th gen BIW. You get no suspension, no K-member, no Axle, no Steering, no glass, no interior, no window mech in doors etc. Just an empty shell. I bought a whole 98 Formula donor car to finsh mine.

They are going to try and get some more pics to me so I can post them. The selling price will be $6980.00.....

The body is just a shell. They come in different colors but you don't get to pick the color. They are bodies with a dent or paint issues off the assembly line. You have to sign an agreement that you understand that it is for off road use only and can not be registered. They do not come with a VIN either.

I know it says that they are meant for offroad use but can you register them as like a kit or something?

No. When you buy a Body-In-White you actually sign a legal contract that you won't do that and that you can't hold GM liable for anything, including any defects!

This is a race only deal. If you want a street racer, the best deal is a 1SS.

I am still waiting for GM to put a spec. in the NHRA guide!

I have taken a bunch of weight out of it. I'll post details and photos once I get everything cleaned up.
