What price you paid your 10' SS???
I'm about to sell my 4th gen and get a G8 GT because theyre pretty cheap for an LSx powered car. But the truth is that I think I will really miss my SS because its fast with 2 doors compared to an automatic 4 doors sedan...
SOOO please post what price you pay and what should I pay for a no option SS!
It starts at 31K$ on www.gm.com and I see nothing like it on autotrader or ebay, more like 37 grand for it...

I bought my 2010 2SS/RS for right around 36,500. I paid 1K over MSRP just as a conveinience when other dealerships around here were asking like 5K over.... I didn't want to travel out of state to get it for MSRP so i dropped the sunroof option saving me 1K and paid the 1K over to break even.
Out the door it was like 38,200.... fully loaded 2SS, black leather, flat black stripes with CGM exterior. 6 speed, LS3. wireless bluetooth, halo lights everything.....

I ordered one for $37,850 loaded 2SS
Leather, Sun Roof, Connectivity package, Rs Package, 20 polished wheels, M6
Drive out was $40,000 after TTL.
no discounts where available through the dealer I used, but there are discounts available..
you could get a few grand off the car...

Yeah I got my car delivered to me in September.... Pre-ordered it in June....... So the car was still VERY LIMITED when it came to getting one....
it's probably gotten better now but when dealers first had them they weren't exactly acting like they were willing to go MSRP. I just found a good dealer that was honest and told me 1K over MSRP was the best he could do.

thanks man i appreciate it. I bought it for my wife for a 10yr anniversary present. I had to talk her out of black. Not that I don't like black it is just too hard to maintain and keep from looking terrible after a few years....
CGM I think is the best color and the flat black stripes are sick. we're going to get her RS wheels powdercoated black... and lower the car 1"

Paid sticker for 2SS/RS A6. Optioned with polished 20's, painted engine cover, and factory car cover. $38k
BTW: Unless you have a VERY GOOD hookup, you can't buy a 2010 Camaro from a dealer in the US and take it back to Canada. There are severe penalties to the dealership if GM finds out.

So I dont have to buy cars new in the USA, because I just feel like I'm legally getting robbed.
I'll have to stick to the plan then; buy it used with very low mileage next summer.
