Don't expect miracles from a CAI unless its tuned. I think the stocker is up to the task and proved it versus a untuned vararam

When in doubt read the instructions.

Did it come with a fitting to screw into the intake pipe?

Don't worry you will get the 15rwhp your looking for.

Get the Roto Fab washer bottle replacement next. It frees up the space below the air intake to let in cool air from the ground.

You can do the scoop too if you want. Its cheap and easy to install

I love the Halltech, installed it today and yea it had a pigtail vacum line and all i had to do was snip the end of my pvc line coming from the motor and connect it to the pigtail going to the tube, car feels alot smoother, and def breathes better up top,

No Hope can u find any pics on that scoop and washer replacement im curious to see wut it looks like?

These Pics are from Maryland Speed, they are the only vendor on this site I could find who sells them. Its important to buy things from the vendors who sponsor this site.

The Scoop is $75 and the washer bottle is $119 but it should be about $109. I would ask for the $109 price.

Definitely get the washer bottle replacement. The scoop is easier to install than it looks, you don't have to remove the front shroud just jack the car up and cut a small piece off it.
