Car number 1 makes stupid power through and automatic, but car number 2 takes the prize for the bang for the buck. Both owners should be pleased! Congrats.

Did car number 2 keep the DOD/VCT? Are you guys able to tune that with a supercharger, long tubes, etc.

Also, did car number 2 make that power through the stock catback exhaust?

Are you guys bumping the rev limiter in either of these cars and how high?

Very impressive indeed.

We do indeed keep the DOD/VCT unless we do a camshaft swap.

The rev limiter is bumped 200 rpms.

Yes, it retained the factory catback. we have a 6-speed manual car here now with similar mods that made 640 RWHP through the stock catback.

Yes, they both had 3.6" pulleys. The 1st car made 6.5 lbs. and the 2nd made 8 lbs.

How much hp/tq would car 2 make with the 3.8" that is the standard pulley on the Magnacharger kit?

With the headers or without? Every car we've done so far with headers or a camshaft has had a pulley, but if I had to guess I'd say 30HP/TQ less.

Have you guys found that the stock catback isn't very restrictive with these types of setups compared to aftermarket catbacks?
