I saw one this past Sunday and immediately Knew it was a '10 model. The casual onlooker might not see difference, due to not paying attention too details.

2010 Mustang is just a reskin, under it is the same car since 2005. Ford used the pieces from the Bullit for the powertrain in the GT, so it is rated at 325 Hp. The V6 is still the same 4.0 liter that it has had since the begining. Ford is supposed to change the powertrain in both the GT and the V6 for 2011.

I think it is 325 bc i dont believe the motor changed hardly at all from 09 besides the 2010 gets cold air intake. I think they are pretty nice cars for the price. Of course they dont have the hp as a 2010 ss but you can buy one for around 25g thats at least 10g less. I drove a 09 gt last week that a friend purchased love the seats in it. Im not a ford guy either so it took a lot for me to say that.

I've seen some '01-'02 Z/28's and SS get over 300 +hp , but the '98-'99 models i've seen couldn't quite get pass 279rwhp. Don't get flustered i'm just F'ing with you.

I can't wait until the 2011 model to see how the new Mustang will stack up to the Camaro. Went to a Ford dealership last week and saw a black w/ red interior GT sitting by a Roush. Loved it. I actually like the taillights better, though they seem to draw the most negative comments. Good looking car. When they put more power in it, it's going to be a contender for my dollar as light as it is. The only option I'd have on it would be the Track Pack.
I just have no interest in the 2010 because it's a new body with the same old motor, when we all know it's getting a new engine for the 2011 year. Why would a car company do that?! Just like GM did with the GTO. One year, then new powertrain. That's just a terrible thing to do to buyers, IMO. Kept me from even considering the 2010.
