and the last time that happened was during the time of the viper in 1990. No other car has had this much demand for it.

Plus I will tell you right now that it is a pain in the *** to have two cams. You have to dial the cams in seperately with adjustable cam gears. That takes a lot of time to find the winning combo.
*some one should inform the writer of that column that the LS1 always got better economy than the 4.6 inspite of being larger and more powerful. It also got better economy than these new ricerburner EVOs and WRX turds

What needs to happen with the next set of Camaros is they need to price them so that if you want a Camaro to just have a Camaro you can get one, but then if you go and say "want the meanest, thoughest, most badass car out there that will force me to buy more tires after just five miles of fun" they need to make sure they price that right also and not try to bend over the buyer. With the Stangs it is obvious they are a hot item, you can't possibly go 5 miles without seeing a Mustang, old or new. I don't think I go a single day without seeing at least 10+ of them driving through town. As for the F bodies, I MIGHT see 3 - 5 of them in a day, generally Camaros, maybe one being a Firebird and I would say 9/10 it is a V6.
Basically with the hype this is getting, GM should really release what their pricing might look like with them to at least give people a heads up. If people are getting excited over the cars and they turn out to have a $40k+ price tag, it is going to take some serious motivation to get them moving...
