What Do You Think Would Be A Cool Commercial For The 2009 Camaro??? Check It Out!!! Remember the Trans Am WS6 commercials? The black Trans Am coming through the smoke, or my favorite, the one with the stop light and the Trans Am ate the car infront of it.
I know its a long ways away, but I think for a commerical, something subtle, well, kinda:
Black screen, you hear footsteps, then a door open, the "ignition on" sound, then a loud rumble and a few high RPM rev's, then turns the car off, closes the door, walks away and says something cool like "you'll get your turn." Then in white letters "2009 Chevy Camaro....it's coming."
So you see no car, see nothing, just hear it. I think that would be kinda cool. Any idea's on how you would make the Camaro commercial?

I don't really care if it's Umpa Loompa's dancing around the new Camaro, I'm just so damn happy they are building it. A cool commerical would be great, but I really could care less, I suppose the advertising is a big deal though.

The only thing that I would change....
The infamous Chevy heartbeat would be cool between each segment...thump thump

That would give me wood

Your ideas are very similar to the 1997 Camaro commercial with the two kids sitting in the kids room at night.
They hear a car and the one kid says to the other, "that's a 1997 Chevy Camaro, Z28" and the other kid says, "yeah, but what color".
That was a great commercial. I'll try and search and find it.

why not make a commercial with one car from every gen. show its gradual evolution from 1st to the 4th gen, then show the new camaro, with the title "performance has returned" and have a sound overlay of the motor screaming in the background. keep it simple, but make it stand out.

they werent gonna put the money into advertizing a dying car. i think most people buy used camaros, not new ones . they'll advertize this one alot like they used to advertize the silverados back in the day "THE TRUCK is coming" but u never saw a image

I never remember seeing a commerical for 4th gen camaro. I think there were 3 for the trans am. One where they are all driving through some smoke, like 3 black WS6's, then they drive around in a circle. The other one is at the stop light where it eats the car infront, and I dont remember the 3rd
