If GM gave me a free t-top car I wouldn't take it........the time of the flexy flyer is done. I used to work at a dealership and putting any of the f-body topless cars on the rack, then opening the door was a task and some just doors would not shut from the flex. Solid roofs are the only true performance cars. I actually was going to get the 2002 Formula until I found out t-tops only, and that was it for me. T-tops need a good set of airshocks and slotted US mags to be really stylish. All joking aside if you like them that is your choice, I think the 5th Gen would look foolish with either Targa (leave that to the Porsche crowd) or T's.
