Reaction to 09 Camaro at Transformers Judging from the reaction of everyone in the theater at the new camaro, its going to be a hit.
Movie kicked major @ss also, non-stop action from start to finish. 5 stars, 2 thumbs and whatever else to to say it kicked ***.
Nothing like a 2 1/2 hour GM commercial with the 09 Camaro being one of the stars

Cant wait! Cant wait! Cant wait! My wife dont know it yet, but she's leavin work early so we can see it today! Im gonna clap when the 09 appears. Ill probably be the only one, but i will be proud. Damn Im literally gettin chills and nearly tearing up at the idea of seeing a Camaro again. There is a God afterall.

This is the first show this year I have been to that had lots of watchers chearing throughout.
All of us that grew up watching them as kids get to see a live action transformers that wasn't cheezy.
Lots of Action, Lots of humour.
Megatron flicking that guy off him was a riot. little dude bouncing off the car.

I never heard so much clapping during/ at the end of a movie, heard so many people talking about how nice the camaro was, I couldnt sleep last night thinking about how much I want one, man I cant wait to get one

everyone clapped and applauded when the new camaro rolled out. the thing is absolutly sick. i cannot wait for it to come out, to bad GM is going to take forever to make it and the hype will be over and dead. but great use of all GM cars.

This movie was based around July 4th and the end of the world, plus these films need heavy CGI and planning before they hit the big screen.
They can't just make another movie to help sell the Camaro.
This movie was about 2 years in the making, with GM letting people know in a quiet voice what the new Camaro will look like, besides the Concept versions at car shows and mock ups, which where all intentionally done..
I will concur that the timing for a public launch needs to be right, but the cats out the bag, GM does not need a sequel to a movie to sell this car. People love the car already, so make the V6 version stellar, and deliver with the Z28.

Yeah there was a lot of cheering and applause at first sight of the 5th gen at the time I seen it too. Even some standing. That tells you something about this car. I think everyone in the room applaused. Even when a lot of the people coming out of the movie were driving imports.

Oh yeah, when everybody saw the new Camaro in that tunnel, everyone went nutz, cheering and stuff! That was so cool.
This car is a pimp! Man these wheels, the front end and everything else. Look great!
Movie is freaking amazing! I am going to see it again tonight.

Just wish they could have put the HALO headlights on. Those look so much meaner then the regular ole circle ones.
This damn Camaro is going to cost me as much as a Porsche in the end. I plan to get every freaking option possible this time. Getting old sucks, but you can afford better toys.
I sure hope they have a Stock SuperCharger, killer tranny and clutch with a rear end and gears that can handle the power. But hell I will still end up putting more into it.

I saw transformers last night and i give it two thumbs up for sure!!! It is by far the best movie i have seen in theaters in a while. The new camaro looked great in the movie, i cant wait to see what the production car is gonna look like. The car chase with the old camaro and the saleen mustang was bad ***!

same when I saw it opening night, ton of applause when new camaro was shown and a lot when bumblebee kicked barricades butt (the saleen). anyone else catch the part where the 1 decepticon ( dont remember which) crushed a gto that was just parked by a building, i think it was a refrence to the camaro being a rebodied gto, i found it very funny.
