Hell, the Imp SS stock runs low 14's or high 13's if you're really good and I think THAT's stout haha. Most people don't know what it's like to ride in a 12 sec car let alone a 10 sec.
First time I ever rode in an EVO I thought it was slow. It was stock, so I gave it a break. Later I rode in a modded (350+awhp) one and there was a heck of a big difference. Those cars can be clutch eating monsters though. I wouldn't mind one for a DD/beater car like my neon.

I can't believe anyone could hate a car that lets you slide sideways and recover flawlessly! You've got to remember that the EVO is fast in a different kind of way. I think it's still fast as **** for a goddamn LANCER.

Base- DOHC 3.6 DI
SS- LS5 (LS3 with AFM, the prolly requires a different RPO; ex. L98 vs. L76 )
I say LS5 because it would be a good way to tip the hat to the last Gen IV engine.
Z28- LSA or the fadded rumor of the LS8 (which I think is a dead plan, unless it a RPO from a SC with milder cam, even smaller SC, or something related to AFM)
