Also true. There is NO WAY the V6 Camaro will start at $32k, I wouldn't doubt that a fully optioned convertible version will exceed that amount but they will never base the car at anything over $27k. The V8 could start at $32k though (hopefully lower).
Those later 3800 Series II V6 F-bodies were actually capable of mid-high 14s, I think the bone stock record for a manual 3800 V6 is a 14.4 in good air.
With bolt ons/weight reduction they've gone 13s too.
And of course we all know that a stock LS1 F-bodies have gone high 12s with most in the low 13 second range.
