I drove to Warsaw Poland from Schweinfurt Germany last week. It ended up being a 563 mileish trip. Car ran great. Recommendation: Don't drive through Poland - their roads are horrible. Got a lot of looks though. Something cool about driving a loud Fbody through East Europe, not many people there have seen one. And cruising through towns with the T-tops off and the windows down, .
I wanted to come back through Prague, but I didn't leave Warsaw until the afternoon. Damn Polish Vodka kicked my butt the night before.

My Brother and I took my Firebird on a 5000 mile road trip to Las Vegas (from Iowa) and then on to Los Angeles the first Summer I had it.
That was one of the main reasons I bought the car. I wanted to blast out west in a muscle car with no set destination and see where the road would take me.
It was tons of fun and I highly recommend that everyone should do it at least once in their life.

3 Power Tours in the SS, including a Long Haul this year starting at home to Newton IA all the way down to Mobile and then back to Kansas City...right around 2600 miles. Everything went smooth but I did quickly realize how much more comfortable my truck is than the 'camaro when I got home.
