Its make no sense for GM to buy out anyone at this point in the game . What they need to do is sell off some of their existing brands like Pontiac , Buick and Hummer. They need to stop using GMC as a light duty brand and keep it only heavy duty . They need to offer Saturn as a brand in Europe and international markets .

GM took a bigger bailout than Dodge also, so it doesn't seem likely. Not to mention they BOTH had to take BAILOUTS to survive.

Seeing as GM uses and has used their Opel platforms to bring cars here, I don't think it would any sense whatsoever to offer Saturn in Europe. There's plenty of competition already as is.
