Anybody know what an SCT mustang GT is.

Just beat one but it was pretty strong. Google just tells me it's a tune. Car was lowered and blacked out lights. Had GT badging and SCT badging on left side of trunk (as I was pulling up to it of course LOL). Just wanna know what I beat.

 

sct is a company who makes mail order tunes and handhelds for mustangs and other fords that is about it i know a guy who has that same badge in the same place in my area

 

From what I've researched SCT is a tuning software. My guess its the equivalent of an f-body owner putting a Diablo badge on the rear.

SCT makes tunners for GM as well. I have one. You use a dyno to tune the car and store the tune on the hand held. It holds 3 tunes so you can have the stock and two custom tunes and switch between them at a push of a button.
They give you a little SCT chrome badge with unit aswell.
