Well after two years of down time, and countless hours of problems and changing my mind on what to do with it. I got fed up and took it to a shop and gave it to them 1 week and some minor set backs I picked it back up today. I really missed the car and now cannot for the life of me wipe the smile off my face. Now all I need is a clutch and rear end.
Just out of curiosity has there been anyone on here running a stock clutch with a car that made good power?
Thanks
Mike.

I know I need a clutch, I have always been affraid of it after modding it. Before it was just bolt ons. I am going to order a LS7 clutch for it. I just wanted it running, I also need to get a tune.

853 heads Ported, polished and milled(they were cheap....really cheap so I had to buy them. Plus I wanted to build on a budget), 918 springs, titainium retainers, LS6 intake, LS6 timing chain, SLP oil pump, High flow water pump, 160 thermostat, Comp lifters, 222/224 .561 112 lsa, Comp hardened push rods, Speed inc tensioner, Powerbond Underdrive pulley, Pacesetter long tubes, TS&P true duals I am sure there is something I left out.
But, like I said this project had to be put on the back burner for awhile, bought a house and wanted to be sure I can still have money to actually enjoy other stuff. Well, any missed it alot.

still has an exhaust leak somewhere I just need to get it up in the air and track it down. Other than that and the bad belt tensioner pulley(fixed for now with a pulley out of the junk yard) sounds good I think. Let me know what you think of it.
