My car only comes out in nice weather so 90% of the time the ttops are off. I'm planning on getting them tinted in the spring when the car comes out again though.

My shades from YOFAB are always installed. I like to protect the interior.

I take them off in the depths of winter here when the temp gets consistently below 50*. Helps warm the interior. Once temps stay above 50, they stay on. If I were back in San Diego, they would always be stuck on the t-tops.

My shades are always in, and I take the tops out whenever I can. I like the look and feel with the shades in, but the freedom to take the roof off.

My 2002 Camaro SS came w/ them in the back seat so i did not put them on because i had my t-tops tinted and that was not good enough for the Florida sun it burned me threw the tint so i had to put the shades on and what a difference that made.

Wifes WS.6 - Covers always in, tops rarely come off.
My WS.6 - If its warm, and no chance of rain, the tops are in the back.. i have covers(Their in the back too), but HATE tan interiors, so i dont want to voluntarily add more.

Mine stay out most of the time. in the summer they are always on due to the heat in south texas. I dont want my leather to crack anymore than they are.

I had them when I bought both of my F-bodies, and I sold them as soon as I got the cars.

I bought my car new.

I put them on " just ' to see how they fit/installed.

I took them off and they have been stored in the house ever since.

My car is garaged and driven very little.

I would probably use them more if my car was left out in the sun.

And for myself in Illinois, I do just the opposite. Granted I shouldn't be driving in the winter... I have them off until the temps are too low to enjoy the t-tops off, at which point the sun's glare kills me on the drive to/from work so i put the shades in for the winter.

Now I have a truck though, so the garage will be plenty shade for her, ha..

Don't understand you guys who hate them. What's there to hate? In warm weather keeping them on makes a big difference in keeping the car cool. In cold sunny weather, taking them off makes a big difference in keeping the car warm.

Tinting isn't as effective at blocking out sunlight on warm days as with shades installed, and doesn't let in as much sunlight on cold days as with shades removed. Please explain - what's there not to like?
