as the title states, I picked up a used Formula and the owner told me the previous owner was on the large side and well the drivers seat has had it, I havent pulled it out to inspect it but it feels like its sitting on the floor like the foam is smushed to nothing..................


Can I buy new foam from GM?

Could I just switch the passangers and drivers side seats (both non power) for now? I wonder if I switch the headrests (for seatbelt guides) other than the lever on the side if there would be any difference??

I just drove this thing 7 hours and think I need a metal rod put into my back now, any suggestions are appreciated!

you can switch seats just have to switch and make new holes for the hardware seat belt holder and you'll be set!

I dont think GM sells the seat padding. FWIW, you might be better off going to a junk yard or buying a used seat somewhere.

 

umm....they're fat. j/k. yeah, like stated earlier, check junk yards, egay, or part out sales in the classifieds.
