$60k Budget... What to get?

$60k Budget... What to get? 1st post here. I have a '07 GT500 and a '02 nitrous injected mustang and i'm looking at getting a new toy. I know nothing about Chevys but i'm interested in either a new Camaro or Vette. With a 60k budget or so what would be the best model to get? Pro's/Con's of everything would be awesome. Thanks!

I would get a new c6 zo6 505hp 3100bls and a 10 second car in the right hands that can handle very well to. If you ask me its the best all around car (except for a new zr1) and with a head/cam combo with all the supporting mods can be made into one hell of a fast street car! With that budget you could get a used one with under 10k miles for $50,000 and have $10,000 for mods. Just my .02

get the less expensive 2010 models with a v8 and if you like leather or not its either the LT2 or SS2 package and DONT pay extra for the ls3 upgrade just get the stock ls2 with the ALLISON 6 SPEED and swap and LS9 in it (supercharged 427sbc LS7) 600 some hp bone stock

**** that.!!!! buy a 4th gen. and build the living daylights out of it!!!! run twin turbo on a huge cubed ls1 or do something good with it. dont just go buy some rich ***** car like a C6 z06 cause anyone with the money can buy it and you have a mid 11 to low 11 second car depending on the driver and with tires you have a 10 second stock car. thats ******* gay. you already have a nasty stock car your Gt is what a high 10 low 11 car? do some good with it. make it something everyone on this site will remember. just my two pennies

you can get a low mile, decent c6z06 for $60,000.

My brother has owned several ferraris for less than 60k. Very nice ones. My neighbor has owned 2 ferraris both for less than 40k and he spiffs them up with exhaust and other go fast goodies.

Hmm, yea, ....., let me think. The car gained over 100Hp from the previous generation, yet makes the same quarter mile time. On top of being a HUGE PIG, its also ugly as hell. They do nothing for me and i'm a die hard GM fan. For 60K this would be my list
1)C6 (not the ZO6 either, is buy a used C6 for under 30k and build a turbo widebody monster)
