As it says in the title, Im ready for a fast ride again. Im just not sure what I want yet and would like a little help from you guys. Right now I have an 09 Jeep Wrangler, and its a turd. The two vehicles I miss the most are my 04 CTS-V, loved that car, and my 04 Silvy RCSB with a TR220.
The two vehicles Im leaning towards are a TBSS 2wd and another CTS-V but this time an 06-07 so I can have an LS2.
I like the cts-v because obviously its just a classy and decently fast ride. It also has cheap insurance and gets good fuel economy compared to a truck, but I hate that the rear is weak.
I like the TBSS because its nice looking and decently fast also, and I could tow my dads boat with it. Its also slightly cheaper on average than a CTS-V, but its more expensive to insure and gets worse fuel mileage.
Also whatever vehicle I get it will get boltons and a cam, and if its the TBSS I will put the stall in that I have, a 3200 circle D. So if you dont mind let me know what you guys think I sould get.

TBSS only b/c you said the word BOAT and im all about boating man.
They are both nice, I really want a 2wd TBSS as well one day for my one day wife...with a maggie on it if I can afford it.
My dad recently got an 05 STS so I could imagine how nice a CTS-V would be. But that CTS-V isnt going to tow the boat!

If you need the towing get the tbss, or you could get an fbody. Can you tow the boat with the wrangler? IDK how big the boat is and the towing cap of th wrangler.

the thing that I really like about the CTS-V is the look on someones face when they either lose a race to it or hear a big nasty cam coming from a caddy.

How about a Hemi swap for your JK? Best of both worlds.
I love the Jk's, I just can't get past that 3.8 they run in them.
Other than that, I really like the CTS-V. I'd give up my Bird for one in a heartbeat.
I don't really see the point of the TBSS, or Jeep SRT8 for that matter.

I voted for the TBSS. I have an 07' AWD 3SS and it rips. It should easily be a 13sec truck with just a CAI, Magnaflow CB, and a tune. I also have a pair of SW LTs and a catted y-pipe ready to be installed which should really make it fun to drive.
Plus it tows my SS Camaro no problem at all. I think they are the perfect blend between performance and function.

If you get the TBSS and do the cam, stall, ect, you will eventually be looks at getting a built tranny so you'll want to take that into account. I want an AWD one day, but their tranny is the weak link much like the rear end on F-bodys.
