Well, full bolt on LS1 f-bods with slicks run low 12's and 355-365ish rwhp. Few guys are running 12.0-12.2's with full bolt ons and slicks. With a full bolt on LS6 basically putting 390-395ish to the wheels with slicks you will pull high elevens.

if you can... hold off on dropping the motor in the car. like what others said, its A LOT easier to do play with it OUT of the car, especially if you are planning to mod it, but then again who doesnt mod LS motors?! good luck!

Yah you'll feel it... just 243 heads made a big difference in my car... the third gear chirp was much more pronounced.

My 02 SS A4 w/ LT & Off road y-pipe,Yank SS3600 on Nitto 555R's ran 12.09@112 and that was w/ stock Air intake & CME so i would say mid 11's is possible.

When I blew my old motor I swapped over the fast90/full bolt on's to the LS6 block and it was satisfying for a good month or so until I just had to cam it and sold the LS6 cam parts like everyone else for a good amount of money. It made 405rwhp/383rwtq before the cam swap at Speed Inc.

You'll notice a difference. Get it tuned though mine was really lean on the stock tune and the rev limiter needs raised as well.
