Hey everyone, just thought i start my first official thread with a "build thread" of my car. This is my second LS1 camaro. Since I sold my 01 SS 2 years ago, I just had to get myself back into one again.. so here it is! I picked this one up the 1st of Nov this year, let me know what you guys think- its going to be a long shot but I want to build one of the "sickess" silver camaros out there.

waiting on my package from TSP, should be arriving this week. PRC heads, ms3, sprints, rods, ls2 chain, ported ls6 oil pump, LT, ORY, ls6 intake. check out the updated pics! working on the car as of right now so stay tuned..

as of today, heads and cam is out.. still waiting on my package! tomorrow I will be degreasing all the parts and cleaning out the whole engine bay. BTW.. should i install this thermostat? A friend gave me it.. what you guys think? Ive read around that sometimes cooler isnt always better? I believe these are 160 degrees but not sure how to confirm since my friend forgot as well.

look in the copper portion of the center, it should say 160 in there if it is

no rear end mods just yet, looking around the web right now for a brand new ls7 clutch set up. Im gonna ride out this stock rear end till it blows lol. Moser 12 bolt 4.11 or 4.10s is what i will be upgrading to.
