X2. I really didnt "enjoy" driving the car hard with my stock Hurst shifter but man with the MGW it just shines. I even enjoy it while just driving back and forth to school.

Never really "felt" anything with my CAI, Lid, De screened maf, smooth bellow, ported TB or LS6 intake. But when I installed my long tube headers and mail order tune, it was the first time I could actually feel it was faster.

And when I got my Koni 4/4's that was a huge difference to. Made the car a lot more fun to drive.

New tune. Not performance related but: IPOD adapter for factory system.

nitrous - gotta tune for it and get it dialed in, but it is the most enjoyable/fun mod.
stall - although it generates more heat, eats more gas and takes more pedal to get going in traffic.
steering wheel (stock was too big and didn't feel good enough)

[QUOTE=ss dave;12578775]Modified LS7

SPC UCA and LCA with ATX spindles, SKF C6 racing hubs, custom 600 # coils DA Varishocks all around, G-Link 4 link rear, DSE quick ratio steering box.

Low profile electric cutouts are a crowd stopper.
Hurst line lock great for smokey burn-outs

Blue Glow Flame shifter (M6); All blue interior LEDs (thats like 5 HP per bulb! ), long tubes and true duals made my car plenty loud & fun, for cheap

Not to mention, never owning anything over 170 horses, prior to this car, was a good way to appreciate my LS1! haha

DMH cutout hands down. It's fun setting off car alarms at the Ford dealerships.

I have over 152,000 mi. on my stock 10 bolt and as long as I'm not doing a ton of high-rpm clutch dumps and burnouts I've had minimal whining and no problems so far with about 3,000mi. on the 4.10's.

Just make sure you get the master install kit with all new shims and bearings/axle seals, etc. and some new fluid. Also I went with the GM 4.10's as I've heard they hold up a little better.

You should be fine. I've had 4.10s in my 10 bolt for 2 years and I beat the hell out of it.

I would have to says gears and/or nitrous.

Ok thanks. Ill def look into them. Do I need anything else besides the gears themselves? I see that the sponsors sell some install kits as well.
