Mod's that made your car more enjoyable/fun
Which mods did you do to your car that made the car more enjoyable, fun and simply wanted you to drive the car more?
This can be anything from engine mods, suspension, wheels, tires, etc. I think it could possibly be a good thread, maybe we can see a bit of a trend in mods!

4.10 gears in my 6 spd made it WAY more fun to drive around town. Feels much more "peppy" That or Long tubes and true duals. But even with a stock car gears would be the first thing i would do.

While speed is a blast, what would make my car more fun to drive would be better clutch hydraulics and a Pro 5.0 shifter. Nothing like really feeling connected to the car, and the car being predictable.
But yeah, who doesn't love the exhaust...

I would have to say long tubes as well. After you get long tubes you don't feel like you are driving a stock car anymore. You can get a lid, intake, catback, or whatever, and the car still feels stock. Once you go to long tubes, its the first mod that really makes you feel like you are driving a modded car.

well to the ws6 pretty much just basic boltons but i loved seeings peoples expression after i put in the t-rex cam and got it tuned. especially this mustang(03-04 GT) at the gas station. i pulled up and started pumping my gas and he pulled in and piped it a few times and i just smirked and as he was walking outta the station i started the ws6 and he just shook his head. LOL. then the guy next to me at the other pump was like wow. lol. pretty funny.

This thread is going great so far. I leave for an hour and 11 replies. So far im seeing exhaust and gears being the top 2.
I would like 4.10's but I dont know how my stock 10 bolt would like that. I dont race the car, I drive it around town, just cruise.

I would say a nice set of shocks springs would make a great benifit from stock.
My car has a stall only and im really glad i chose this before gears which would be another fun mod thats relatively cheap.

Modified LS7
SPC UCA and LCA with ATX spindles, SKF C6 racing hubs, custom 600 # coils DA Varishocks all around, G-Link 4 link rear, DSE quick ratio steering box.
Low profile electric cutouts are a crowd stopper.
Hurst line lock great for smokey burn-outs
