Everything has a price, especially my current Camaro or any of my past cars (which included 2 LS1 Trans Am's). Its just a step to the level, im always trying to better myself and go to that next step while being able to still live a comfortable lifestyle. Next will be a vette then who knows...

Maybe, I'm not sure yet. It has its price - it keeps asking me for money
Even though mine is only a 6 and it has needed a ton of work (over $5k in repairs over 2 years) I'm still attached to it. I think I have the reliability part taken care of, it has been nearly a year since it has had any real issues aside from normal wear items. But given how much I've put into it, and how little I'd get out of it if I were to sell it, I'm keeping it.
This summer I'm planning on repairing all the imperfections and damage on the body and getting it repainted. This winter or next summer (as money allows) I'll be working on the interior. Then, something fun will happen with the powertrain sometime in 2011....

I love my fbody. Puts a smile on my face every time I get in it. Just wish she was in better condition. But thats what happens when its your DD. I do plan on keeping her for a long long long time.

I had a '98 Formula back in '00, I traded it for a Grand Cherokee in '01. Why, I don't know. Three days later I came back to my senses and tried to get my Bird back, but no dice.
In '07 I needed another car for a DD, my Jeep was getting long in the tooth and my current DD was dying. I went from looking for something practical to looking for another F-Body. I bought my '00 Formula in Aug '07, and I felt like I finally righted the wrong I committed back in '01.
I still have the Jeep, it kicks *** in the winter, so now I have the best of both worlds. And despite being a A4, my '00 is nicer than my '98 M6 was. It has more options and t-tops!!
The '98 was rare though, it was a black M6 hardtop. I kind of miss the M6 sometimes, but I don't miss the black, and I DEF don't miss the hardtop!
I love my '00 and plan on keeping it for quite a while. I mean cash talks, but it'd have to be one heck of a good offer, and I'd probably end up buying another LS car with the money anyway.

I bought this camaro after some smuck in a ram truck blew a light and landed on my 92 vert! The idea was to have a camaro until the new one came out but now that i know more about the actuall 2010 camaro i prob. wouldent sell. I will hold onto this one and look for a clean 3rd gen i can drop a supercharged 383 into. then I think i'll be satisfied.!

I say I wouldn't ever get rid of my camaro but sometimes idk. I've owned the car for 3 and a half years. I would love to have an 03 terminator or an 06 STI or EVO. Hell even a BMW 335i in gold would take the cake for me. But at the end of the day I really enjoy my car. I know how to feel out the car and I know how to pull through all gears and I know the clutch. I just know how to drive my car and I always feel so uncomfortable in even any other fbody or car for that matter. Atleast I got other hobbies. Salt water fish tank and my camera keep me entertained and not fully locked on my car 24/7. Still all said and done I'd like to see my 2 year old daughter coming back from the end of the track in it saying dad I really whooped that other car didn't I!?!

I got rid of my '85 Berlinetta when I got my '00 Z28, and I don't regret it. I'm not sure if I will ever sell my Z, it all depends on how much more I mod it. If I do sell, it will be to fund a first gen camaro restoration. I'd like to keep it and still restore an old car though.

I bought my '94 Formula in '99. I'd been married for 10 years and my wife ran off with a friend of mine. Better off without both of them actually. My brother and I both wanted Firebirds and he loved the car. Right after I got the car he came home to visit and I picked him up in the airport and we had a great time cruising around in the car. Had some laughs about buying it because my wife had FORBIDDEN me to buy it while we were married. My brother was killed in an accident at work a couple months after that. My last memories of him are us driving around acting like teenagers in the Formula. I don't think it will live forever, but I have no intentions of selling it. It's not worth much really, but it has value to me. I continue to improve it and think about him a lot when I'm working on it. I suppose it is priceless to me fir that reason.
