Default Your fbody priceless to you?

does your fbody make you feel somewhat of a "rockstsr"? Lol

There's other cars for sure that we 'd like to have, but do you feel content with the car you have?

I sure do, everytime I put a whooping on a 6 series bimmer
or just make the car bark at ****** who think their **** don't stink?

I can't imagine selling my Trans Am. I would like to get a Corvette then a Viper later on, but I'm not going to sell the TA to get either of them.

It would be very hard to get rid of something that has been a part of you for so long.
I've owned my Formula for close to 12 years and as far as I'm concerned it's irreplaceable.

Seems like trans am guys are more loyal than camaro guys imo. Most camaro guys I meet say they would trade their car right away for a vette, and got the camaro cause it was cheaper than a vette.

Most trans am guys I meet say they would never sell their car.

That's because everyone has owned or knows someone that has owned a Camaro (Even I owned one). The same can't neccessarily be said about certain Firebirds.

My SS is definitely priceless to me. I have owned just shy of 4 yrs. I have loved owning my car ever since. Its the first car thar I bought (loan) and paid for by myself. I have had several people offer to buy my car while I'm driving it and there's not a 4 sale sign anywhere on it. Even had a guy offer to trade his 00 GT bolton rims and custom paint for it after we raced and I waxed him. I respectively declined LOL. I'm 24 now and when I'm 60 I see myself taking it out for a sunday drive I won't have it anyother way.

I will not sell my camaro ever. I learned my lesson with the grand prix I had. I bought it new in 99. Modded the hell out of it over the years. Sold it last year with 45,000 miles on it. I sold it to get my camaro. I like the z but I sure do miss the gp. It was a sleeper. Looked fast and good. But everyone would say, oh, it's just a grand prix gt. Untill they ran me! lol

I can sell you my 99 gtp, can't give them away around here. Altho the gp is a sleeper and nicely styled, the Z/TA is a MUCH better car, esp with RWD and the T56. I have had more stupid crap break on my gtp then on the camaro/TA combined!!!

I'm the exception to the rule then.

I've been more loyal to my Camaros than to my Firebirds. I had a WS6 Trans Am and a Formula, neither of which I kept as long as my oldest Camaro.

I agree that you'll find a lot more people who buy the Camaro just for the engine. It only makes sense, under the skin a Camaro is exactly the same as a Trans Am, so if your main goal is horsepower per dollar then why pay more for a car that performs the same as a Camaro? Only reason to pay more for any level of Firebird is if you really like the looks.

When I was 12-13 years younger, I really liked the wild looks of a Firebird over the Camaro. As time passed, my taste grew to prefer the Camaro's look. It's a win-win situation for me, since the Camaros are cheaper and I just happen to like them more.
