Smile Got a new DD!!!

So the Wife and I finally traded the 08 impala... Had it for around 2 years. Great gas mileage never a prob. w/ 29K miles. We traded for a 03 GMC Yukon XL with the LQ4 6.0 if im not mistaken. Runs great has 124K miles but wouldnt know it by the way it runs and drives. Does anyone know the issues the Yukons have? Will post pics tonight.

Those are awesome and comfortable vehicles. With a cold air and some plugs and wires you could increase ur mpg and performance, goodluck! Wouldn't it be pretty cool to have a cam/stalled/bolt on Yukon to drive the family around in?

Ive noticed the Yukon has been misfiring at idle only. When driving its fine. I havent got any check lights, but when I scan it codes come up. This is what I got: PO300 Random misfire. Any ideas? Im thinking ill check the fuel pressure, plugs wires, coils, etc. Still, runs good tho, besides the little misfire! LOL

I think LS engines just do that. My 07 Silverado sounds like it has a miss fire at idle. Sounded like it since it was new. Has over 60k on it now.

you traded an 08 impala with 29k miles for an 03 yukon with 124k? why does that sound like a not so good trade to me?

Look up the values of both cars, and then come back to me. It also knocked our BIG *** payment down 100 bucks and knocked down 3 % on the loan. That sounds like 1 hell of a good deal to me. Plus, my wife and I have been wanting one for a long time....

So, mileage aside, it knocked down alot of our debt....

Here, ill make it easy for you... Heres the Impala...

Heres the Yukon:

Thats a 1500 dollar difference. Again, not to mention, it knocked down alot of the loan balance going this way. We owed ruffly 16K on the impala. We got the Yukon for 9K w/ a 2 yr warranty. Now, our total loan balance is 11K with the negative equity...
