Agreed! And in my case, noboby (including even me) saw any of my years in college.... because I didn't spend a single one there. But, you're right about the long hours. I missed so many car shows, track events, so much time with friends - all for those massively long work days and never-ending work weeks. Of coruse, like many I'm unemployed at the moment, but it's been nice to have a little vacation from the last decade plus of non-stop work. Now I've finally got some time to enjoy all the stuff I worked so hard to get.

Point being, you gotta make sacrifices somewhere if you want toys. Nobody "has it all" with no strings attached at some point (unless it was handed to them, like you mentioned).
