What if Gas prices go to $5.00 a gallon
I heard glenn beck talk about the gas prices supposed to go up. Would you guys still drive your DD car? They are talking this price cause of the gulf situation?

That's such BS! I'm not directing it to you, but towards the gas companies in general.
This is a BP mess, which means only BP/AM-PM/Arco should be affected.
It shouldn't even be hitting them yet, but like when anything that happens in the middle east, the gas prices go up the next day. Pure BS.

We try and walk to the market as much as possible.
If we're going out drinking, we do the same. Plus walking home (or to a hotel room) after a night of drinking is a good idea anyway.
I had to spend 3 weeks on Jury Duty in downtown LA last year. I was taking the Gold line in every day. I really missed that. As much as I love driving my Camaro, I loved the train. I was coming home relaxed. I noticed it the very next day I drove home from work. I was an ******* again

My '02 Z is my daily driver, so yes I will continue to drive it when I need to go somewhere. I don't really have a "daily drive" at the moment though....

Wouldn't change my driving habits. I have a 2nd option (2003 Grand Am GT1) that gets good gas mileage so I would continue to drive that on days where the weather stinks or long trips. Outside of that criteria, I plan to go have fun in the SS.

The summer of 2008 93 octane reached around $4.50 a gallon and I did drive the bird a little less which sucks a little more if you have an A4 like myself, It all depends on your budget

its not the loss of production that will drive the price up, its the billions spent in cleaning up their mess that will drive their prices up... other stations will follow suite to line their pockets.
